Revosoft Caché is an extremely simple and free utility designed to make hiding folders and subfolders an easy task. It is capable of making the selected folder(s) disappear from sight just as if they were never there, thus protecting your most sensitive data from unwanted eyes and hands.
The program’s interface is clear and simple, though a nicer and more appealing design would not do it any harm. However, it does reflect the straightforward functionality it was crafted for. It merely consists of two panels – a left panel showing all the “visible folders”, and a right panel with those that have been hidden at some point. To hide or show any folder or subfolder you just need to select it with your mouse and click on the corresponding button. As simple as that.
In order to make this (and other similar tools) really effective, you are required to define a password to open this tool, so that nobody else can access it and uncover all your hidden folders without your permission. Simple, clever, and utterly logical. One caveat though – make sure the program is always available in your computer, or all your secret folders will remain secret for ever...
